A big fatal flaw in arrogant, conceited people is their perception of somehow being smarter and better than others, by default. It leads them to make foolish assumptions, at times. Gangs of sharp lawyers can assume whatever they want to argue a point and accomplish literally almost anything in this litigious, business-oriented society. But words still have meaning, and reality is a tough proposition when pitting truth against lies in a U.S. courtroom.
A Florida-based federal judge has ordered nearly $1 million in sanctions against Donald Trump and his attorney Alina Habba, calling the former president a “mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process.”
Automotive D/A Conversion
D/A (digital-to-analog) conversion talk typically revolves around getting the 1’s and 0’s from a playback device to your old-fashioned eardrums in one, continuous analog stream of music or whatever. I’ve reached a juxtaposed epiphany about the D/A issue WRT enclosed chairs on wheels: It’s backwards, or upside-down.
ICE (internal combustion engine) cars are digital, and the new stuff is analog. This observation has little to do with the electronics.
Four, six, eight or more distinct power pulses slamming into a crankshaft starts alot of moving parts and noise that are soon to be things of the past, in terms of mainstream transportation. That D/A conversion from the old-school ICE cars is what they are all about, to me. It happens in the seat of your pants and the brain parts connected to your ears during that first test run after washing the black grime off your hands that never seems to disappear from underneath your fingernails.
OTOH, it’s all analog in terms of driving impressions when the rheostats flow the juice. I suppose an argument for electrons bouncing around somewhere could be made. That’s been quite the quandary over the networks since forever. Digital-to-analog conversion is proceeding apace in the automotive industry. Not too sure what to think about it yet, except to say that I’m gonna need a new M-car.

Everybody needs to come online and say exactly what side of the fence they’re on. The fact they have this grey area between blessings and marriage should tell you all you need to know about honesty and “the Church,” as t’were. They can have their cake and suck my dick, too.

Classified Documents
If there’s one thing I know about, it’s classified documents- all the way up. Twenty years in the military, all classified, TS-cleared almost the whole time, read in to the Mountain (Cheyenne) ending a 20-year-long stint there as a Command COMSEC Inspector. Then there was Lockheed, and it just got better (worse?). My resume is on LinkedIn, but most of it is hidden in government records from places where people weren’t allowed to talk about what they did for a living.
I saw a few people get in trouble with it over the years. It was always just carelessness, except for the hacking crap. There’s a long list of those fuckers still running around free because they live in China and other places where the State freely and openly engages in all sorts of skullduggery. When the shyt went wrong, prosecution vs. soft discipline always just boiled down to intent.
Here’s a big newsflash for anybody who thinks there is even the slightest comparison between BIden and Trump’s classification issues: They play fast and loose at that level, and most of them don’t even know the rules. I just told you how and why it typically happens. There’s a guy named Jack Smith who’s soon gonna tell everybody about one of those rare cases.
Why-o-Wyoming?
Government/legislative ignorance has reached a new high water mark in the great state of Wyoming.

I stopped following Air Force Magazine online a few years ago after they underwent some back-end reorg that appeared to neuter their graphics publishing. Basically, they had stopped sharing the high-res photography our camera shooters collect every day, ostensibly due to IT constraints.
I guess they got it sorted at some point.
Here’s Your Voter Fraud
I would like a better understanding of just what it is that makes somebody do this? I mean, what in their background or upbringing leads people to become fraudsters? It shouldn’t be hard to recognize and counter as common as it seems, what with all the shining examples floating around these days. Santos? Seriously? At least we have a good definition for defrauded voters now. I guess if Agolf Shitler can go for milliions, what the hell. Santos even literally cited the bastard for his lying precedent.

Going Through the Motions
People tasked with the onerous repetition of certain security duties occasionally overlook the implications of their boredom. This kid was ID’d long before he decided to go ahead and shoot his teacher. What was done about it, besides… nothing?
So as usual, the answer will not be better education, mental health care, gun control, that sort of Stuff. No – the answer is metal detectors. Fucking metal detectors at the schools now. No sooner than the backpack x-ray and metal detectors are installed will some enterprising youngster disassemble a Glock™ and re-assemble another nightmare, just to prove a point.

Energy Bills
Between gas and electricity, we’re up to >$350/mo here in what amounted to a typical December, weather-wise. I’ll admit to leaving the TV’s and PC’s on all day. But they don’t use that much and this is a medium-small ranch house with extra insulation in the ceiling. We’re burning kerosene and diesel heaters for supplemental heat with the thermostat at 63°F overnight and put out .65Mw from the solar panels. I’m concerned people in those big 2-levels are getting slammed with outrageous energy bills.
Everything is too damn high. What’s heating the house costing elsewhere in this hydrocarbon-saddled country?
