Looks more like scratch your head and die faster, to me. With nary a single substantiated negative report on the effects of Cannabis legalization from DUI stats, to teen usage surveys, to anecdotal reports and evidence of all kinds from all across the country, the people in New Hampshire still have not yet been able to figure it out.
