Quickly Evaluating Security Onion¶

If you just want to quickly evaluate Security Onion, choose one of the following two options. If you’re a first time user, we recommend the first option.

To quickly evaluate using our Security Onion ISO image, please see the QuickISOImage section.

OR

To quickly evaluate using your preferred flavor of Ubuntu 16.04, please see the InstallingOnUbuntu section.
