To prevent the personalized settings from disturbing your carefully crafted
default profile, use Regedit to navigate to: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components
<p>1. On the Edit menu, click Find and enter STUBPATH into the Find what.</p>
<p>2. Click Find Next.</p>
<p>3. When a STUBPATH value name is found (and selected), press Delete (if it
is within the Installed Components subkey).</p>
<p>4. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 until all STUBPATH value names have been deleted
from the Installed Components subkey.</p>
<p>5. Exit Regedit</p>
